Next Acoustics Returns Policy
Actually here it is:
All sales are final after 14 days except in the case of manufacturing defect. Product may be returned within the first 14 days of purchase for product cost back or item exchange (buyer's choice). Except in the case of defect, buyer pays return shipping. Customers are required to contact Next Acoustics for a Return Merchandise Authorization to return products.
Credits to an invoice or credit card are made upon the return of the product and assessment of its condition for resale.
Unfortunately, a combination of sharply rising fuel costs and the monopolistic pricing practices of UPS and FedEx make it extremely difficult to offer reasonable shipping rates to you. While we have some control over our product costs, we have no reasonable alternative for minimizing rising shipping costs. We are making every effort to hold our product prices at a level that offers you great value, and ask your understanding of our struggle to keep shipping charges at an almost bearable cost for you, and a breakeven level for us. Our shipping charges relative to our standard product prices are somewhat understandable, but our shipping prices relative to our deeply discounted offerings are admittedly a larger percentage of the product price than we find acceptable. Please take note that we are working hard to continue to offer deep product discounts for an overall great value for you. Thanks!
Having said all that, here are the boring details:
Next Acoustics ships via Federal Express Ground & Express (FedEx) or the United States Postal System (USPS) for shipments that weigh 12 ounces or less. Shipping on customer’s accounts is not available. No COD shipments.
Orders to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico must be shipped via the US Postal Service. Additional shipping charges will apply. All international orders are shipped through the FedEx International shipping program and additional shipping charges will apply as well.
Please make sure you inspect all product upon delivery! If a customer receives product that has been damaged in shipping, it is the customer’s responsibility to file a claim with the shipper.
Orders shipped in continental United States will be assessed a standard per box shipping/handling charge. This charge is based on the standard shipping rates charged by FedEx Ground or UPS and also includes the dreaded fuel surcharges that are unfortunately an extra cost that won't be going away anytime soon. Orders shipped internationally, or to Hawaii or Alaska, will require a shipping quote. These customers will be required to contact Next Acoustics to obtain the correct shipping/handling charges.
All prices are in USD.
