Shipping

Next Acoustics ships via Federal Express Ground & Express (FedEx) or the United States Postal System (USPS) for shipments that weigh 12 ounces or less.  Shipping on customer’s accounts is not available.  No COD shipments.

Orders to Alaska and Hawaii may be shipped via FedEx Air or through the US Postal Service. All international orders are shipped through the FedEx International shipping program.

Please make sure you inspect all product upon delivery!  If a customer receives product that has been damaged in shipping, it is the customer’s responsibility to file a claim with the shipper.

Shipping charges

Orders shipped in continental United States will be assessed a $10 per box shipping/handling charge.   Orders shipped internationally, or to Hawaii or Alaska, will require a shipping quote.  These customers will be required to contact Next Acoustics to obtain the correct shipping/handling charges.
