Returns

All sales are final except in the case of manufacturing defect.  Seller does not accept returns.  Refunds or credits are solely at the discretion of the seller and are subject to a 30% restocking fee.  Customers are required to contact Next Acoustics for a Return Merchandise Authorization to return products.

Credits to an invoice or credit card are made upon the return of the product and assessment of its condition for resale.
